Bolt Coffee's Shady Business Espresso is a place that is what it is. It has a re-invent, re-purpose, recycle approach to life in general. It is trying to avoid becoming trendy but failing. It is a real life operating coffee roasting shed and if you are lucky Steve might be roasting when you come in. It is set amongst carob trees, fruit trees and one very big oak tree. There is is live music almost every Saturday morning and the coffee is sublime. It is rare to find the guy who roasts the coffee making the coffee for you. Steve has a great deal of experience in doing both. It is a chance to disconnect before you reconnect. The food is simple, you wont find a menu, however everything is cooked from scratch, There are Chorizo and Cheeze pies, Pumpkin and Ricotta, Bacon and cheese breakfast pies. Muffins of all types. Citrus and Custard tarts. Nostaligic favorites The environment that you sit in is relaxing and rare these days. It's hidden and that my friends is a good thing.
