The restaurant's innovative modern Italian menu has a distinctly Queensland spin – best illustrated by its signature dish, the legendary Sand Crab Lasagne. And the executive chef uses only the freshest local produce (including Queensland’s best seafood and prime cuts) to create a selection to tempt all tastes.
Il Centro's owners also own the stylish cocktail bar opposite the restaurant, Mr & Mrs G Riverbar. Overlooking the river, Mr & Mrs G is the perfect spot for a quiet drink before your meal.
