I'm so bummed there's no Din Tai Fung in SF. I've been in Sydney for about a week now and I've already been here twice. To echo some of other reviews I've seen, it's a bit pricey, but that could also be because of the location in North Sydney, a busy office area. Nevertheless, it's really yummy. I particularly like the spicy noodle soup (not sure the exact name) and the soup dumplings. There's even a large window on the side where you can peek into the kitchen and see how the dumplings are made. Although the line gets really busy around lunchtime, it goes by pretty fast. The seating space is somewhat limited, but it's easy to do takeaway and eat elsewhere - outside is particularly nice on a nice day.
