The bar is a feast for the eyes, with over eight beers on tap, quirky cocktails and new world wine list. An exciting addition to The Carlton Hotel is the tropical balcony. Set to the front of the bar above Bourke Street it is tropical escape, complete with palms, in the urban CBD centre.
