The word Tatsuya originates from the meaning of ?dragon house? which in Asian culture relates to the force of life. As Sushi masters we are trained and experienced in how to handle everything from utensils and ingredients to clients and service, considering both employers and food to provide the greatest quality to every one of our dishes. We collect our ingredients directly from the Fish Market every morning making sure they are always fresh, clean and appealing.
