The Australian Cool Climate Wine Show is a national wine show held annually in September, that is dedicated to benchmarking the unique wine styles produced from Australia’s cool climate wine regions.
Judging starts on the Monday and continues to the Friday - the judging is closed to the public. The Saturday is the show`s public events day when visitors are invited to take part in either the morning or afternoon Public Tasting - to journey through sparkling, Riesling, Traminer, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Semillon, Rosé, Pinot Grigio, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Shiraz Viognier and dessert wines. Or just taste their favourite varieties.
They can indulge themselves at the Long Table Wine Luncheon by experiencing a five course gourmet meal with trophy and medal-winning wines, mingle with the wine show judges and be there when the 2020 winners are announced.
Keep an eye on the website for full details of event packages, including cost of tickets once tickets are available for the 2020 event.
Bookings for the public events are essential as both the Public Tasting sessions and the Long Table Wine Luncheon sell out quickly!...
