The pastas are made by hand; the ingredients are freshly sourced from Rossetti family farm in the Southern Highlands and the Pizza chefs have spent many hours perfecting the wafer-thin pizza bases.
You may have to excuse us if we’re carrying tables and chairs overhead squeezing room in for more guests; the locals have a habit of arriving without booking and we find it hard to tell them we’re full, that’s their job.
