A great place to play a round, situated on the picturesque Mehi River, Moree Golf Club prides itself on having one of the best country golf courses in New South Wales. Competitions are conducted Thursday to Sunday each week and on public holidays.
During the summer months, a Wednesday afternoon Ambrose event is also well patronised. This is a fun team's event and non-golfers are encouraged to participate.
The club has a well stocked pro-shop, with a resident professional who is an AAA accredited Club Pro, and is also a professional Club Fitter. Motorised carts and golf clubs are available for hire and lessons are also available.
The clubhouse is very comfortable with all the normal facilities including a TAB and KENO and has a large verandah overlooking the course. The Ma-Ma Chim Thai Restaurant operates from Tuesday to Sunday inclusive for lunch and dinner and is regarded as one of the best in town
