Sandy Bottoms Guesthouse has been under new management since February 2018 which was formerly Manly Guesthouse. We have now completed refurbishments to all rooms. The cozy TV lounge and fully equipped kitchen allows you to socialize with other guests and prepare meals instead of having to eat out all the time. The Guesthouse is so close to the ocean, you don't have to plan a visit to the beach, it's right in front of you and although cafes and shops are just a short walk, we are just a little outside of the busy town center, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
Just 492 feet from Manly Beach, this guest house offers free WiFi and a lounge area with comfortable sofas and cable TV. All rooms have a wardrobe and towels and bed linen are provided.
Sandy Bottoms Guest house is just 5 minutes’ walk from restaurants, shops and bars along Manly Corso. It is a 10-minute walk to Manly Wharf and from there, a 35-minute ride to Circular Quay.
There is a spacious shared kitchen and dining area where you can self-cater. Alternatively, there are several restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes’ walk.
All rooms include a fan, heater and a bedside table. Each room offers access to shared bathroom facilities.
