The town house is well-insulated to ensure that it effectively remains cool in summer and retains heat in winter. The town house is designed to have a high-energy rating, and openable windows to all rooms. Secure access from the underground 2-car garage to the living room is via the stairs. Vehicle clearance to enter the garage is 1.95m. The floor of the living room is timber making it easy to maintain a dust-free environment. The bedrooms and stairs are carpeted and cosy underfoot. The fully-equipped kitchen has marble bench-tops, 600mm wide 4 burner gas cooktop and oven, top of the range appliances, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, double toaster suitable for crumpets, dishwasher, microwave, separate pantry and double sink. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has access to a secure external balcony via a fully glazed sliding door. All bedrooms have large mirrors, ceiling fans, split system air conditioning units and block out blinds. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and pillows of different densities to suit your needs. The other rooms, one including two single beds ideal for a family of two children and the other a queen bed, also have mirrors, large wardrobes and side table lamps for comfort, ceiling fans, split system air conditioning units and block out blinds. The bookcase is well populated with games, puzzles, adult & children’s books, and cookbooks. The house has a number of vibrant indoor plants that are grow and fed by hydroponic methods (guests do not need to water plants, a light mist if anything). For guests who ride bikes, there is a secured storage space in the garage that can accommodate 1-2 bikes. **Please note: We will collect credit card details prior to your stay to act as security. Property may also be subject to a refundable bond under some circumstances.
