The balcony is a great spot to enjoy the morning sun or afternoon sunset, it features an outdoor table and chairs, cafe style blinds and shade blinds. The apartment has an underground secure car parking (2 metre maximum height) and a secure front entrance.\n\nThe apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with two single beds.
